Visa Application Center Introduction

Korea Visa Application Center is an organization for providing services related to visas upon approval from the embassy and consulate according to the law in Korea. It is not a sub-organization of the embassy or consulate of Korea.

Receive visa application documents of an applicant on behalf of the embassy and consulate.
Enter and manage basic and additional information related to the visa application.
Provide services for submitting related resources (passport, visa, and other documents)to the embassy and consulate on behalf of a visa applicant.
Receive a payment of visa fees, expedited transaction fees for the visa on behalf of the embassy and distribute the visa to the applicant.
Notify of visa-related information and provide services for responding to inquiries via the official website, customer service, telephone, and email to the visa application center.
Provide other services needed for visa applicants.
